General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the medical tourism services, treatment packages, and related organizational services provided by YTA Health and Tourism Inc. under the AYT Clinic brand.

We strongly recommend that all patients carefully review the following terms and any referenced documents.

By accessing www.aytclinic.com, using any communication channels belonging to AYT Clinic, or benefiting from any services provided by us, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions stated herein.

By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by and comply with all provisions contained within this document. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.

Following the approval of the personalized quotation prepared for the patient and the completion of the Medical History Form, the relevant documents and current Terms and Conditions may be sent to the patient’s registered contact details.

If the preliminary medical evaluation and declared health information do not reveal any condition that may prevent the planned treatment or procedure, a deposit payment may be requested in order to confirm and secure the reservation.

Once the deposit payment has been completed, the service relationship between the parties shall proceed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Medical History Form, the provided quotation, and the agreed treatment plan.

Definitions

“AYT Clinic”

Refers to the commercial brand used by YTA Health and Tourism Inc. for medical tourism, patient organization, and related support services.

“YTA Health and Tourism Inc.”

Refers to the medical tourism company operating at Talatpaşa Boulevard No:113, Altındağ, Ankara / Türkiye. Our company is a licensed Group A Travel Agency registered with TÜRSAB under license number 13600 and authorized by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health under Health Tourism Authorization Certificate No: AK-0309. Our tax number is 9830807611 and our registered tax office is Kızılbey Tax Office.

“Healthcare Provider”

Refers to the hospital, private clinic, physician, surgeon, dentist, or any other healthcare professional providing examination, consultation, medical procedures, surgery, treatment, care, or aftercare services.

“Treatment Package”

Refers to the organizational package agreed upon with the patient, which may include treatment, accommodation, transfer services, consultancy, translator assistance, nursing support, aftercare services, and other additional services.

“Treatment”

Refers to the surgery, operation, aesthetic procedure, dental treatment, hair transplantation, or other medical procedures performed by the selected healthcare provider or medical institution.

Responsibilities of AYT Clinic

1. The treatment plan presented to the patient is prepared based on preliminary evaluations using submitted photographs, health information, medical history, and available test results. The final treatment plan may change depending on the doctor’s physical examination and pre-operative test results.

2. Standard pre-operative tests are included in the treatment package. However, additional charges may apply for extra tests, advanced examinations, consultations, blood transfusions, intensive care services, or additional medical procedures deemed necessary due to pre-existing health conditions or risk factors.

3. The hospital stay and accommodation duration included in the treatment package are specified in the quotation or travel itinerary provided to the patient. Any additional accommodation or hospital expenses arising from medical necessity or personal requests shall be the patient’s responsibility.

4. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. (“AYT Clinic”) operates as a medical tourism coordination and organization company. The company does not directly own, manage, operate, or control any hospital, clinic, or healthcare institution. All medical procedures and healthcare services are independently provided by healthcare providers and physicians.

5. Any consent forms, medical documents, or agreements signed at the healthcare institution establish a direct legal relationship between the patient and the relevant healthcare provider.

6. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for medical procedures, complications, dissatisfaction, aesthetic outcome differences, or malpractice claims arising from healthcare providers, physicians, hospitals, or other medical institutions.

7. AYT Clinic supports communication, organization, and coordination processes between the patient and the healthcare provider. However, the company is not a medical decision-maker and does not guarantee surgical or aesthetic results.

8. Before treatment, AYT Clinic aims to provide patients with information regarding:

• Healthcare provider details

• Doctor or specialist information

• Hotel information (if included in the package)

• Transfer organization details (if included in the package)

• Surgery date and scheduling

• Treatment package contents and pricing details

• General travel and treatment process information

9. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held directly responsible for operational issues caused by hotels, airlines, transfer companies, or other third-party service providers. However, the company aims to provide reasonable coordination support for patient satisfaction.

10. The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, government decisions, war, strikes, or circumstances beyond its control.

Patient Responsibilities

1. The patient agrees to provide complete and accurate information regarding their health condition.

2. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held responsible for medical risks, complications, or treatment changes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading medical information provided by the patient.

3. The preparation and validity of passports, visas, flights, and other travel documents are entirely the patient’s responsibility.

4. The patient agrees that YTA Health and Tourism Inc. may obtain and store medical records from the healthcare provider when necessary within the scope of the treatment process.

5. The patient is responsible for completing the deposit payment in order to confirm the reservation and for completing the remaining treatment payment prior to the operation.

6. It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain additional medical or travel insurance for medical tourism travel and possible complication processes. AYT Clinic strongly recommends independent travel and health insurance coverage.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy

1. The treatment plan is based on preliminary evaluations using submitted photographs, health declarations, and available medical information. The final treatment plan may change depending on the doctor’s examination and pre-operative test results.

2. If the planned treatment is deemed unsuitable, altered, or medically risky based on physical examination, doctor evaluation, or pre-operative tests, the patient has the right not to proceed with the treatment.

3. In such cases, the remaining amount may be refunded after deducting the costs of tests, consultations, hospital expenses, transfer arrangements, reservation expenses, and other operational costs where applicable.

4. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be responsible for costs, deductions, or cancellations related to flights, hotel reservations, transfer services, or other third-party service providers.

5. If the patient cancels the operation voluntarily, the deposit payment shall not be refunded due to reservation, planning, and operational expenses incurred.

Deposit Policy

1. The deposit payment is considered an advance payment made for reserving the operation date, doctor scheduling, hospital organization, accommodation, and operational planning.

2. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposit payments are non-refundable.

3. The deposit remains valid for 6 months from the payment date, during which the patient may reschedule the operation.

4. In cases of force majeure such as earthquakes, pandemics, war, natural disasters, pregnancy, or serious medical conditions documented by an official doctor’s report, partial refunds may be considered after deducting operational, banking, and reservation costs.

5. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. reserves the right to apply organizational or service deductions based on operational costs incurred during the reservation process.

Operation Date Postponement Policy

1. Once the patient shares flight details and the reservation process is confirmed, hospital, doctor, hotel, transfer, and operation planning procedures will begin.

2. Postponement requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled operation date may be subject to rescheduling and organizational fees.

3. Rescheduling fees may vary depending on the operation period, reservation status, and incurred operational costs.

4. Flight changes, airline deductions, or personal travel expenses are entirely the patient’s responsibility.

5. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. will attempt to provide suitable doctor, hospital, and operational planning for the patient’s new operation date based on current availability.

Medical Evaluation

1. AYT Clinic and YTA Health and Tourism Inc. remind patients that all surgical procedures and medical treatments carry certain risks.

2. AYT Clinic and healthcare providers do not guarantee any specific aesthetic or surgical result, appearance, or complete satisfaction.

3. Surgical results may vary depending on the patient’s anatomy, genetic factors, age, skin structure, smoking and alcohol consumption, chronic diseases, compliance with aftercare instructions, and individual healing processes.

4. Information shared through the website, social media, WhatsApp conversations, messaging applications, phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels is provided solely for preliminary informational purposes.

5. Information provided through digital communication channels does not replace final doctor consultation, medical evaluation, or definitive treatment planning.

6. Final medical evaluation and treatment planning are determined only after physical examination and pre-operative test results.

7. The patient is responsible for discussing all expectations, risks, possible complications, and treatment details with the doctor before the operation.

8. Photographs, videos, and health information submitted by the patient must be current, accurate, and representative of the patient’s actual condition. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information.

9. The doctor, anesthesiologist, hospital, or healthcare institution reserves the right to reject, postpone, or cancel the operation based on the patient’s health condition, test results, safety concerns, or medical suitability criteria.

Aftercare Services

1. Necessary follow-up and control procedures may be carried out after the operation.

2. If complications are suspected after the patient returns to their country, photographs, test results, medical reports, and related medical documents may be requested and shared with the relevant doctor and healthcare institution.

3. Revision, touch-up, or corrective procedures do not create an automatic entitlement.

4. The necessity of revision procedures shall be determined solely by the relevant doctor and healthcare institution.

5. Personal dissatisfaction regarding aesthetic outcomes alone does not entitle the patient to free revision surgery.

6. The patient must fully comply with all aftercare instructions provided by the doctor and healthcare institution.

7. Healthcare providers, doctors, or AYT Clinic shall not be held responsible for complications or healing problems arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Smoking, weight changes, interventions performed by third parties, or additional surgeries may affect revision evaluations.

9. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. does not guarantee complete satisfaction with operation results and has no refund obligation after treatment.

Travel and Transportation Responsibility

1. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held responsible for visa refusals, flight cancellations, airline delays, baggage loss, border crossing problems, weather conditions, or transportation-related disruptions.

2. It is entirely the patient’s responsibility to ensure the validity of all travel documents.

Feedback and Digital Platform Use

1. AYT Clinic values and encourages honest, genuine, and constructive patient feedback in order to improve patient experience.

2. Any comments, reviews, or public statements made by the patient must contain truthful and non-misleading information.

3. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. reserves all legal rights against defamatory, threatening, misleading, malicious, or reputation-damaging statements or content.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. undertakes to protect the confidentiality of patients’ personal data and health information.

2. Personal data and medical records are processed and stored in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and applicable data protection regulations.

3. Personal information belonging to patients shall not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary for the treatment process.

4. Before-and-after photographs may be used for informational, educational, promotional, or marketing purposes only after being anonymized.

5. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the patient agrees that anonymized visual materials may be used by AYT Clinic provided that personal identity information remains confidential.

Language and Translation

1. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into different languages.

2. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation differences, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Force Majeure

1. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorist acts, strikes, political crises, government decisions, severe weather conditions, airport closures, transportation restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising between the parties shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions enter into force as of June 01, 2026. YTA Health and Tourism Inc. reserves the right to amend or update the content whenever deemed necessary.
